Nick Chini has served Bainbridge clients and a team of global professionals for more than 26 years. He co-founded the firm’s Capital Advisory practice in 2002 and currently leads Bainbridge’s M&A and Investment Banking practices. Over his career, Mr. Chini has executed more than $2 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for Fortune 1000 and private equity clients and has analyzed over 2,000 companies across hundreds of markets to support strategic planning, due diligence, and capital transactions.

Bill Smith leads the Bainbridge Development Consulting Practice, providing strategic planning and management of design, development, and construction for projects worldwide. He formerly served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM MIRAGE Design Group, where he managed the design and construction of CityCenter, a $9 billion mixed-use development in Las Vegas. Mr. Smith participated in two Harvard Business School case studies and authored “Creating CityCenter,” published by W.W. Norton & Company.
